I would have preferred a MacBook Pro with 17' screen but at 2-3X the price it was a "no-brainer" which one to choose. I was able to purchase this computer for considerably less than presently advertised but it is a good choice. It is fast and so far reliable. My wife and I use it when we travel both as a computer and with small external speakers as a DVD movie viewer. It serves very well in both categories. I'm not wild about Vista but am adapting. For audio-visual work, there is nothing like Apple but I do that at home.
Great computer for homeschool and my CPA from home wife. Don't like the bloatware, but I have never had any problems with HP computers. Reliable, if a bit boring.
This is a great computer with a very nice screen size. It is a little higher than our other laptop of the same size, 17 in. My husband especially likes the bigger keyboard as he always overreaches and deletes things. Very nice all around.
Great laptop, slight problem with shipping company, delivery was delayed but they apologized. Other than that cool beans
